Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all persons who submit their information to SWEEP, Inc (“SWEEP”) through our webpage, sweephub.com or SWEEP App (“App”).  This includes information submitted by all persons by themselves or on behalf of them from a third party.  This Agreement explains how Users of SWEEP will have their information treated and collected.

All Users constitute their acceptance to this policy by participating in SWEEP.  If any User does not agree with this Agreement or our Terms and Conditions, do not use and participate in SWEEP.    This Agreement applies to all Users, customers and cleaning professionals.  All information stored is intended for the Users use in SWEEP and all information will be stored within the United States.

Personal Information candidly given to SWEEP, will be handled with the utmost respect.  From the nature of SWEEP, those who willingly participate in SWEEP will be agreeing to share: their full name, username, user ID, phone number, email address, birth date, address, picture and a personal description written in the User’s own words.  Location will also be monitored while the User is actively using the App.  SWEEP will collect and retain this information while the User is participating in SWEEP.  

Cleaning professionals and Team Leaders will also have to provide their social security number, banking information and other information that is required for our background checks and receiving payment.

SWEEP uses a third party for sending payment to all cleaning professionals.  Please see their terms and conditions and privacy agreement before using.  SWEEP will not keep your full credit card on file.

User’s geolocation will be shared with potential customers and/or law enforcement should the need arise.  Geolocation will be used for the convenience of the customer and for the safety of the cleaning professionals.  

Transaction information will also, always be collected.  This will include date and time of the rendered service, amount charged, location of the service, ratings and all other transaction details.  This information will also be shared to the cleaning professionals when they receive their monthly pay report.

We will share some information from all User’s with other User’s.  The information shared may be limited to: first name, location, user ID, phone number, address, photo and username.

SWEEP does not purposely gather any information of anyone under the age of 18.  In order to access SWEEP, all User’s agree to being 18 years of age or older.

SWEEP and our third-party service providers may use cookies, and other tracking technologies to collect and retain information while using the App or sweephub.com.  While you can modify your device settings to block cookies, this may affect your SWEEP experience. 

SWEEP respects your privacy and works hard to keep your information private.  Unfortunately, there isn’t anything web based that can completely guarantee your security, so SWEEP will not guarantee it and the information you provide will be provided at your own risk. 

This Agreement applies solely to SWEEP and the information collected and retained by SWEEP.  In the App and sweephub.com there will be links to third-party services and vendors.  SWEEP does not take responsibility for these third-party practices.  Use them at your own risk and carefully review their privacy agreements.

SWEEP reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time and for any reason.  If changes change the User experience, the User will be notified to accept this Agreement again.
